DEREK Nexus® toxicology modeling
DEREK Nexus® is a modeling software which can be used to predict the likely toxicity of any given chemical structure, as well as offer detailed reasoning as to why. Used as a screening tool, it works quickly, does not require the synthesis of the molecule itself and provides toxicity predictions for multiple endpoints simultaneously. This tool is particularly useful in the early stages of development to refine candidate selection and profile target molecules.
